Ingredients - Serves 6
- 500 g cauliflower, cut into florets
- 300 g potato, diced
- 250 g onion, diced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1½ tsp ground coriander
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
- fresh coriander, chopped, optional
Steps
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add onions, potatoes and cauliflower and saute for 2-3 minutes
- Mix in turmeric, coriander powder and salt and continue cooking uncovered on low heat till the potatoes are done
- Mix in red chilli powder and fresh coriander, if using
- Serve hot with rice or chapati
